Sushi Bento in Happy Boxby ~weisewoelfin

I had to write a really hard test today.
And to cheer me up and keep my energy level on top, I made some sushi and put it into my new Happy Bento Box.
It´s so adorable!~♥

The Bento contains of pickle, carrot and salmon maki, two salmon nigiri (right half) and a clementine, a babybel cheeseball and some pickle slices (left half).

Do you just buy raw salmon at a grocery store or is there a specific sushi grade salmon?

I just used smoked salmon you can usually put on bread ^^
I don´t like the completely raw one
